Qualifications:
- B. Tech in Civil Engineering
- 3–4 years of relevant estimation experience
- Strong ability to read architectural and construction drawings
- Good understanding of market rates and costing
- On-site execution experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project drawings and calculate material and labor quantities.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and work plans.
- Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders.
