Key Responsibilities:
- Warranty Administration
- Check Data Service History
- Diagnosis of Problems
- Handle Customer Complaints and ensure speedy resolution
- Monitor daily service inflow & job card creation
- Oversee AMC and Recon sales at the dealership & Service Campaigns
