Job Summary: We seek an energetic Academic Counselor and Tele calling professional for our Kochi branch to manage student inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors, handle inquiries via phone and email, counsel prospective students, maintain records, assist with administrative duties, and collaborate with faculty.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 1–3 years in counseling roles, strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, fluent in English and Malayalam.
