Job Description
Byteridge Software Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our People Function team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.
Roles Include:
Managing employee engagement initiatives, coordinating pre-onboarding processes, handling leave management, and maintaining internal data. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential.
Qualifications: MBA preferred; experience in HR is a plus. Work location is Hyderabad.
Compensation: ₹226,351.80 – ₹500,00.00 per year with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
