Job Description
Oracle is seeking a dedicated Data Center Technician responsible for delivering technical support and installations. Key duties include handling hardware, network, cabling tasks, and managing installations within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data centers. Candidates must prioritize ticketing queues, resolve escalations, and provide 24/7 site coverage as part of shift rotations.
A basic understanding of operating systems, hardware, network fundamentals, along with knowledge of data center design, is required. Proficiency in spoken English is essential.
