Job Description
Le MontFort, Munnar, is seeking a dedicated Front Office Assistant to provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for checking in guests by verifying identification, providing room keys, and explaining hotel amenities. You will also effectively handle guest complaints and requests to enhance their experience.
