Job Description
Join us at Grace Staffing Services! We are seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative for our voice process team. Located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, this role requires you to assist customers over the phone while providing exceptional service.
Key Requirements: Proficiency in Spanish (B2 or C1), 1+ year of customer service experience, HSC or higher education, and the ability to work US night shifts. Immediate joiners preferred!
Compensation: ₹800,00.00 – ₹1,00,00.00 per year with benefits like health insurance and provident fund.
