Experience: 6–8 Years

Domain: Supply Chain Management / Transportation / Trade Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud engagement.
• Hands-on experience with OTM and GTM Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integration development.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training sessions.
• Resolve functional issues for support tickets during UAT.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–8 years of experience in Oracle OTM/GTM on Oracle Cloud.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes.
• Solid experience in GTM functionalities.
• Knowledge of OTM/GTM Cloud architecture.
• Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills.
