Job Description
Join our team at SpecialYou.in as a Customer Support Executive! You will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving product-related issues. Your role includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates with 6 months – 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are essential, as well as proficiency in CRM tools.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month and health insurance benefits. Freshers are encouraged to apply!
