Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team at Hyatt Regency Kochi. You will assist in the efficient running of the kitchen, aligning with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your role will involve managing kitchen operations and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through effective planning, organizing, and supervising.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a reputable hotel or restaurant, preferably within luxury international brands.
