Job Description
Are you passionate about helping others? DigitalX Marketers Academy is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Executive to manage and respond promptly to inquiries across various platforms including Zoho, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
Your key responsibilities will include guiding prospects and students on course details and enrollment processes, maintaining CRM entries, and updating lead statuses while upholding a professional and friendly tone.
This full-time remote position offers a monthly pay range of ₹5,00.00 – ₹10,00.00, with benefits such as paid sick time.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
