Job Description
GURUSOUL REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive. In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate and complete information about our products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and offer appropriate solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,317.09 – ₹17,523.53 per month
