Job Description
Join Nyati Technologies as a Customer Service Supervisor! In this role, you will oversee and assess the activities of our customer service team, providing regular performance feedback. You’ll strategize and monitor daily operations, assist staff with their duties, and train them in customer service best practices and company policies.
Your responsibilities include managing cashier coverage, ensuring efficient customer flow, and addressing customer complaints. You will also help develop and implement service policies, maintaining necessary documentation. This position is full-time and open to freshers.
Salary ranges from ₹22,00 to ₹30,00 per month. Work location is in person.
