Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
- Maintain a database of customer information.
- Achieve call and sales targets regularly.
Requirements: High school diploma/Graduate; prior experience preferred, but freshers are welcome!
