About the Role: We seek a proactive and customer-oriented Field Relationship Executive to oversee our subleased properties in Jayanagar. You will build relationships with property owners and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for subleased properties.
- Build trust with property owners and tenants.
- Coordinate property inspections and manage queries.
- Monitor property conditions and report maintenance.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel are essential. Hindi is preferred.
