Job Description
Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹16,00 – 20,00 (+Incentives)
We are seeking a motivated Voice Process Executive with excellent communication skills in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English to provide exceptional customer support. Your key responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements include proficiency in Kannada and Telugu, prior experience in customer service, and strong interpersonal skills. A willingness to work in shifts is required.
