Job Description
EDMIUM is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will make outbound calls to explain our products and services, and resolve queries related to universities and courses.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication abilities with prior customer care experience preferred.
- Good computer literacy.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is essential.
- Responsible for follow-ups with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
