We are seeking a Data & MIS Analyst to support data analysis and reporting in our Customer Success vertical. In this role, you will manage data migration to a CRM platform like Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of CSM-related data.
Responsibilities include MIS reporting using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets, creating dashboards, and generating timely reports. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as an MIS analyst, strong communication skills, and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
