Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update patient discharge details.
- Verify discharge summaries and ensure all final documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for a seamless discharge process.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1 year of hospital experience, proficiency in English.
