Key Duties:

• Greet and assist customers
• Handle calls and enquiries
• Maintain client records
• Support daily front desk tasks and inventory
• Manage and respond to Instagram messages and comments
• Assist clients with orders and appointments
• Provide product updates and coordinate with the team

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp

• 0–1 year experience (Freshers welcome)
