About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and confident phone professional to join our team. You will be responsible for calling beauty parlour/salon leads to book appointments, answer service questions, handle objections, and maintain CRM organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact leads to schedule salon appointments
- Qualify prospects and address their needs
- Handle objections and manage reschedules
- Send reminders to improve attendance
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve weekly KPIs
Requirements: 2+ years with US customers, 4 hours daily availability, excellent English, reliable WFH setup.
