Join Santamonica Study Abroad Pvt Ltd as a Guest Relations Executive! In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting clients in the office and responding to inquiries through phone and email.
- Scheduling consultations and coordinating with counselors.
- Maintaining organized student records and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handling general office administration tasks to maintain a professional environment.
