Job Description
Location: Coimbatore, India
The Placement Executive will facilitate student placements by building relationships with recruiters, preparing students for interviews, and coordinating campus recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with employers and manage networking opportunities.
- Support students in resume-building and interview preparation.
- Coordinate recruitment drives and maintain communication between students and recruiters.
- Document placement records and prepare reports for management.
- Assist in organizing career fairs and industry collaborations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination or recruitment preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
