Job Description
Location: Coimbatore (On-site)
Shift: Rotational (including nights/weekends)
Mayura Ziani is seeking a Customer Support Associate to deliver exceptional support to our UK-based clients. As the first point of contact, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Guide customers on product usage and best practices.
Requirements: Degree in any discipline (English Lit preferred), 0–1 year experience, excellent communication skills, and willingness to work shifts.
