Job Description
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in Spares Sourcing. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the Auto Spares, Engineering Industry, or Lubes Oil Distribution.
Responsibilities include coordinating timely supplies with suppliers, managing stock norms with the DP team, and addressing customer queries promptly. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology is required.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as data analysis skills, is essential. SAP experience is preferred.
