Job Description
Dream World Tours is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airline Ticketing Executive based in Puna, Maharashtra. In this role, you will manage airline bookings, cancellations, and provide exceptional customer service for domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle ticket sales, bookings, and re-bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines for confirmations and schedule changes.
- Process refunds and reissuance of tickets.
- Provide accurate travel information.
Desired Skills: Strong communication, GDS knowledge is a plus, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A graduate with 0–2 years of experience is preferred.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month with benefits.
