Job Description
Trinity International Study Abroad and Academy is seeking a dedicated Ticketing Staff member to manage ticket transactions, bookings, and customer support. You will handle inquiries and ensure a smooth ticketing process while maintaining our ticketing systems.
- Processing bookings, cancellations, refunds, and reservations.
- Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues.
- Updating ticketing software and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Qualifications: High school diploma and industry experience in ticketing or customer service. Full-time, Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month.
