Job Description
AMF Synergy Vision is hiring Customer Support Associates for our Voice Process. This role requires exceptional customer service skills as you will resolve inquiries through voice calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Follow shift schedules and company policies.
- Achieve a typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Qualifications: HS Passed, fluent in English & Hindi, open to freshers and experienced candidates. Must be willing to work in 24/7 shifts and commit to no planned leaves for the first 3 months.
