Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Call Centre Executive to join Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Specialties Centre. The role involves managing patient inquiries, ensuring high-quality communication, and achieving first-call resolution. You will be responsible for appointment fixing, maintaining call quality, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate must fluently speak Malayalam, Tamil, and English, with at least one year of telecalling experience preferred. This is a full-time position with day and rotational shifts available. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and a provident fund.
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month.
