Job Description
Join MAcare Polyclinic as a Patient Coordinator! In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and procedures, explaining treatment plans and costs to patients, and coordinating care among different departments.
Your main focus will be ensuring patient satisfaction and managing medical records efficiently.
Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational ability, knowledge of medical terminology, and a customer service mindset are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month. Benefits include a Provident Fund.
Work will be conducted in person at our facility.
