Job Description
Dermacheck Skin Clinic is seeking a Telecaller cum Receptionist with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient confidentiality, and documenting visits accurately.
Minimum qualifications include any graduate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to candidates based in Kochi.
This is a permanent position offering a monthly salary between ₹15,00.00 to ₹22,00.00, along with benefits such as leave encashment, commission pay, overtime pay, and performance bonuses.
