Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated cases efficiently.
- Check claim status via calls or IVR/Web Portal.
- Document relevant questions and responses during calls.
- Prepare and send necessary documents to Payers.
- Conduct aging analysis and generate reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1-4 years of experience in Patient Calling.
- Knowledge in revenue cycle and denial management.
- Strong communication skills with a neutral accent.
