Job Description
GURUSOUL REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Inbound Call Executive to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
- Resolve queries, complaints, and issues effectively
- Maintain detailed records of each call and customer interaction
- Follow up with customers if required
This is a full-time, permanent position open to freshers. The salary ranges from ₹11,814.40 to ₹18,406.83 per month and includes health insurance benefits.
We prefer candidates who can work during the day shift. This position is in-person.
