We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests, clients, and staff. Candidates must manage phone systems, welcome visitors, maintain an organized reception area, and handle meeting room scheduling.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Data entry tasks and document filing
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
- Managing deliveries and mail
Qualifications: Graduation required. Only female candidates are encouraged to apply. Minimum 4 years of total work experience is required.
