Job Description
Jobin & Jismi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team. You will assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers.
- Collect quotations and prepare purchase orders.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and vendors.
- Support inventory management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field, 1–2 years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
