Job Description
JobGenie is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, providing accurate information about our products and services while guiding customers.
Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining product knowledge, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. A minimum of 1 year of BPO experience is required.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹20,086.00 to ₹30,706.84 per month, including benefits such as health insurance and overtime pay.
