Job Description
JN Freight Forwarders is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Executive Accounts professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include managing branch cash transactions, bank payments, client and agent billings, and ensuring statutory compliance. You will also address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction while developing and maintaining strong relationships.
