What this job involves:

This position supports the development and delivery of space planning solutions at site or campus level, understanding current space availability, workplace conditions, and headcount projections by local business unit. You will ensure all sites are optimized per client workplace standards while developing tactical views and migration plans that meet business needs for space allocations. This role contributes to JLL’s business objectives by delivering strategic space planning solutions that optimize real estate portfolios, reduce costs, and enhance workplace efficiency through data-driven planning and stakeholder collaboration.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Develop site level allocation blocking, stacking, adjacency planning and migration plans for group-level and individual moves

Facilitate and resolve planning issues identified in customer planning meetings with MAC teams

Compile tactical views of specific campuses to support business needs and integrate into strategic forecasts

Prepare communications including floor plans, stack plans, and summarized data to help business representatives understand accommodation solutions

Recommend, educate, and enforce space policies, standards, procedures, and protocols while managing client exception requests

Act as point of contact for site and campus level space requests while collecting and validating headcount projections

Track and report actual versus projected office demand, current supply capacity, and optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Strong relationship building and customer service skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders

Tactical planning experience with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Problem-solving capabilities with strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office tools and ability to analyze site level attendance and occupancy data

Ability to facilitate meetings and resolve complex planning issues collaboratively

Experience supporting data accuracy audits and tracking space requests

Knowledge of space policies, standards, and procedures implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with activity-based working programs and space optimization initiatives

Space planning experience including stacking, blocking, and adjacency planning

CAFM/IWMS (Computer-Aided Facility Management/Integrated Workplace Management System) experience

AutoCAD skills for creating and modifying floor plans and technical drawings

Background in real estate and facilities management

Experience working with Design and Construction teams and space data management systems
