Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Soft Services to oversee cleaning, security, landscaping, and customer-facing facilities operations across our properties. You will ensure service quality, vendor coordination, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include supervising teams, managing schedules and budgets, conducting quality audits, and liaising with clients to resolve issues promptly. You will support training, procurement for soft services, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, 3+ years in facilities or hospitality management, strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic budget control preferred.
