Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients and staff.
- Manage incoming calls and emails regarding appointments.
- Maintain and update appointment calendars.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments.
- Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed.
- Communicate with departments to ensure readiness.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred Convent background), proficient in MS Office, and spoken English is mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
