Job Description
We are seeking a Field Placement Officer to join our Placement Team in Kaloor, Kochi. You will liaise with companies, identify hiring needs, source student placements, organize job fairs and expert sessions, maintain an alumni and vacancy database, capture placement feedback and track center placement performance reporting to the Operations Manager/Director. This full-time role (₹15,00–₹20,00/month) requires a Bachelor’s degree, driving licence, strong English (Hindi preferred), and willingness to travel up to 50%. Freshers may apply; 1 year experience preferred. Benefits include health insurance, PF and paid leave. Reliable commute or relocation to Kaloor required.
