Job Description
Jade Global is seeking a skilled Zuora Billing Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Zuora Billing modules, including Customers, Product Catalog, Subscriptions, Billing & Invoicing, Payments, and Taxes.
The candidate should possess sound knowledge in Zuora workflows configuration/migration and integrations from Zuora, such as payment gateways and ERP systems. A proven ability to lead business discussions, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications is essential.
Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies, alongside experience in user cases documentation, business analysis, system design, and user interface design are key attributes for this role.
