Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at Jacobs Motorcycles. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers and providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments for vehicle drop-offs and pickups
- Communicating vehicle issues, repair costs, and timelines with customers
- Advising on car maintenance, warranties, and cost-saving options
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction after repairs
- Finding new customers and marketing our services
- Taking inventory and managing invoices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month
