Job Description
J. Sagar Associates (JSA) is seeking an experienced and qualified Corporate Secretary with over 10 years of post-qualification experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in reputable law firms, Big Four firms, or leading Company Secretary firms. A strong understanding of the Companies Act and FEMA is essential for this role.
This position is based in Gurugram and involves working within our General Corporate & Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice area.
