Job Description

We seek a courteous, organized Front Office Executive to manage our school front desk: greeting parents and visitors, handling calls and inquiries, maintaining records, assisting admissions, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and at least 3 years’ administrative experience (school experience advantageous). This is a full-time, in-person role based in Greater Noida West; salary from ₹30,00 per month.
