Job Description

Full-time Civil Quantity Surveyor in Thoraipakkam, Chennai (in-person; 25% travel). Prepare cost estimates, BOQs and tender documents; negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors; manage budgets with forecasting and cost monitoring; maintain cost records and validate quantities using AutoCAD. Req: Bachelor’s in Civil/Quantity Surveying, 7+ years in QS/cost consulting, knowledge of NBC, ANSI/ASHRAE, LEED and contract models. Pay: ₹40,00–₹70,00/month. English required; reliable commute or relocation.
