Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist (Non-Voice) at IR Technology Services Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will handle incoming emails and chats, resolving customer queries and issues in a professional manner.
Ideal candidates may be freshers or have experience in customer support. Excellent written English skills are required, along with good typing speed and basic computer skills, including MS Office proficiency.
