Job Description
Join our dynamic team at IR Technology Services Pvt Ltd as a Customer Support Specialist (Non-Voice)! In this role, you will handle incoming emails and chat to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who possess excellent written English skills and good typing speed. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, are a must, along with the ability to navigate various software applications. This position focuses on customer retention in a non-voice process.
