Job Description
Join iPremium India as a Telecaller for BeastDrive. Handle inbound and outbound calls, address service inquiries, explain features clearly, resolve questions, and convert leads into confirmed ticket sales. Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups and CRM records while meeting daily and weekly sales targets. Requirements: strong communication, confident objection handling, basic computer and CRM skills, and fluency in at least one South Indian language (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada). Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus. Job type: Full-time, in person. Pay: ₹5,917.57–₹25,121.29 per month.
