Job Description
Join iPremium India as a Tele Caller Executive for BeastDrive. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, respond to service inquiries, provide clear information, resolve doubts, guide customers and convert leads into confirmed ticket sales. Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups and customer data while meeting daily/weekly sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Requirements: strong verbal and interpersonal skills, confidence handling objections and negotiating, basic computer and CRM knowledge, and proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada). Prior telecalling or customer service experience is advantageous. Job Type: Full-time, Fresher. Pay: ₹11,024.96–₹25,900.08/month. Work Location: In person.
